COMPANY + ACCOUNTS
Athletic Tension is owned and operated by Tomski Private Capital, LLC. The KJT Development System operates under Athletic Tension. You must provide accurate information, protect your password and use only accounts you are authorized to control. Users must be at least 18 to create an account. A parent or legal guardian controls profiles for minors. Coaches and organizations may access a minor's information only through permission from the account owner and may not independently authorize collection from a child.
DEVELOPMENT + COMMERCE SERVICES
Athletic Tension provides baseball development, equipment, apparel and membership services. Schedules and availability can change, so members should confirm time-sensitive information at booking or checkout. Verified badges indicate that Athletic Tension completed its stated review process; they are not endorsements or guarantees. Services, products and membership benefits are provided only as expressly described at booking, checkout or inside the applicable feature.
YOUR CONTENT + LIMITED LICENSE
You retain ownership of submitted content. You grant Athletic Tension a limited license to host, display and moderate forum posts or listings for the audience you select, and to privately process records needed for requested services. You confirm that content is accurate, lawful and authorized and that you have all required parental authority. This permission does not authorize sale of athlete data, biometric identification or training a general-purpose AI model.
PAYMENTS + AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Before a recurring charge, checkout will disclose the price, billing interval, renewal terms, minimum commitment if any, and how to cancel. By purchasing a monthly membership, you expressly authorize recurring charges until cancellation. The annual membership is prepaid for one year and does not renew automatically. Cancel anytime. Payments already collected are not prorated. Online memberships can be canceled online from Account settings; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid term unless stated otherwise at checkout. Keep the emailed or displayed purchase acknowledgment for your records.
REFUNDS + SCHEDULING
Lesson credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Request rescheduling at least 24 hours before your confirmed appointment. If we cannot agree on a lesson time, you receive a full refund. Camp dates are agreed with Kirk before payment. Payment locks the agreed date; unpaid dates are released after 7 days. If Athletic Tension cannot run a paid camp on its agreed date, you may choose a new date or receive a full refund. Other refund eligibility is stated in the Refund Policy. Failed payments may pause service access but do not authorize collection of amounts not disclosed at checkout. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
COMMUNITY + ACCEPTABLE USE
Athletic Tension does not permit anonymous community posting. Do not impersonate a person or organization; post false tryouts, schedules or opportunities; spam, harass, threaten or sexualize another member; publish a minor's direct contact information or exact location; privately solicit a minor; upload unlawful, deceptive or unauthorized content; access another member's data; disrupt or probe the service; bypass safety or usage limits; or use the service for surveillance, facial recognition, biometric identification or unrelated profiling. Athletic Tension may remove content and restrict accounts to protect the community.
DEVELOPMENT INFORMATION
The service supports coaching and player development. It is not medical advice, injury diagnosis, an official scouting certification, a recruiting guarantee or a promise of improvement. You remain responsible for training, health and competition decisions. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without guarantees beyond the express commitments at checkout.
SUSPENSION + TERMINATION
Athletic Tension may suspend access for security risk, nonpayment, unlawful activity or material violation of these terms. You may close the account and delete owned athlete data through Account settings. Provisions that reasonably must survive—including ownership, payment, legal and audit provisions—remain effective after closure.
CHANGES + ILLINOIS LAW
Material changes will be dated and communicated before they apply where required. These terms are governed by Illinois law, without overriding consumer protections that apply where you live. Contact kjt@athletictension.com before filing a claim so the issue can be reviewed in good faith.
