MEMBERSHIPS
Membership price, billing interval and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Cancel anytime. Payments already collected are not prorated. Online cancellation is available from Account settings. Canceling a monthly membership stops the next renewal; the annual membership does not renew automatically. In either case, access continues through the paid period unless the account is closed or suspended for misuse. A charge made after a timely, confirmed cancellation will be reviewed and refunded when verified.
PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED SERVICES
A one-time analyst service can be canceled for a full refund before review begins. Once an analyst starts evidence review, the service is non-refundable. If Athletic Tension cannot complete the purchased analysis, the affected service fee will be refunded or credited at the client's choice.
TRAINING + CAMPS
Lesson credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Request rescheduling at least 24 hours before your confirmed appointment. Payment does not confirm a lesson time: Kirk responds within 24 hours to agree on a time. If we cannot agree on a workable lesson time, you receive a full refund. Camp dates are agreed with Kirk before payment. Payment locks the agreed date; unpaid dates are released after 7 days. If Athletic Tension cannot run a paid camp on its agreed date, you may choose a new date or receive a full refund. Timely cancellations may be rescheduled or credited. Late cancellations and missed confirmed sessions are non-refundable. If Athletic Tension cancels, the client may reschedule or receive a refund for the affected session.
PRE-ORDERS
Opening collection gear is sold as a pre-order. You are charged at checkout. You may cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships by contacting kjt@athletictension.com with your order number. We email your estimated ship date.
REQUESTING A REVIEW
Email kjt@athletictension.com with the account email, service, purchase date and order reference. Do not send full card information. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
