BRAND USE / RIGHTS / ATTRIBUTION

PROTECT
THE WORK.

Athletic Tension manages its names, logos, original content, software, reports and training frameworks through a documented internal asset register. This page states usage expectations; it does not claim a registration that has not been verified.

01

IDENTIFIED ASSETS

Managed brand assets may include the Athletic Tension name and AT logo, KJT development-system names, original reports and analysis layouts, written and video training content, product artwork, slogans, domains, software and confidential operational methods. An internal status record distinguishes unreviewed use, common-law use, pending legal review, filed applications and confirmed registrations.

02

AUTHORIZED USE

Customers may share their own published report for personal development purposes. Approved organizations may use supplied co-branded materials only within the written scope, dates and channels authorized by Athletic Tension. Editorial reference to Athletic Tension should be accurate, non-misleading and should not imply sponsorship or partnership without written approval.

03

PROHIBITED USE

Do not copy or modify the AT logo, sell confusingly similar merchandise, republish private athlete video, remove report attribution, reverse engineer access controls, present an Athletic Tension method as your own, or use an organization or athlete identity beyond the permission recorded for that use.

04

METHODS + SOFTWARE

Public descriptions explain the Athletic Tension development process. Non-public analysis rules, workflow configuration, source code, security controls and internal operating material remain confidential. Access to the portal does not transfer ownership of the platform, frameworks or underlying methods.

05

REPORT MISUSE

Report suspected counterfeiting, copied materials, unauthorized logo use, false partnership claims or misuse of private athlete content to kjt@athletictension.com. Include the page, seller or account involved and a screenshot if available. Do not send passwords, API keys or private payment information.
